Compliance with the LkSG efficiently organised: CLASSEN relies on digital solution from osapiens
The Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) requires companies to comprehensively monitor and document compliance with human rights and environmental standards along their supply chains. Challenges and solutions
„Companies have to fulfil a multitude of complex tasks at the same time due to the additional regulations, alongside their day-to-day business,’ explains Jungblut. Automated processes and daily risk analyses significantly reduce the manual workload.’ This is particularly important given that the EUDR requirements cover complex and sometimes sensitive information along the entire supply chain. The same applies to the German LkSG and the EU's recently adopted Corporate Social Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD).

Outlook on the EU supply chain law
The upcoming EU Directive CSDDD will further increase the complexity of supply chain documentation. However, Matthias Jungblut is relaxed about this new EU-wide regulation: „Our solution is built on the German LkSG and offers comprehensive risk and compliance management. Add-ons provide a deeper understanding of the supply chain, enabling companies like CLASSEN to efficiently implement the growing legal requirements.’
