CLASSEN wins fourth sustainability award at toom in-house exhibition
For the fourth time, the CLASSEN Group was able to convince the jury of the sustainability award at the toom in-house exhibition. The annual event took place on 7 December at the Böhler Areal in Düsseldorf and is used to honour the DIY store's most important partners and suppliers for their special commitment.
CERAMIN® makes it possible
CLASSEN emerged as the clear winner in the sustainability category. The family-run company is committed to a responsible approach to the environment and pursues a sustainable strategy with climate protection and resource conservation as key decision-making criteria. This is also reflected in the products of the German wall and floor covering manufacturer. CERAMIN® is a specially developed material that is manufactured without harmful substances such as PVC or phthalates. The product is made from recycled materials and is therefore 100 per cent recyclable - officially certified by the Blue Angel. The high-quality product is robust and durable with a life cycle of up to 20 years. At the award ceremony, Dominique Rotondi, Managing Director Purchasing and Logistics at toom, emphasised the outstanding quality of the products and the joint cooperation: "We have enjoyed a good partnership for many years. Both convincing products and sustainable orientation are decisive criteria for our employees, but above all for our customers."
Cooperation reaches the next level

The fair and profitable cooperation with toom and other market partners forms the basis for the further development and popularisation of the sustainable, healthy living and completely recyclable CLASSEN products.
